Calling Arizona Fifth-Graders! The Walk On! Challenge is a fun program that teaches fifth-graders easy ways to eat better, to get enough exercise so that they can be strong, healthy and full of energy to do all the fun things they want to do (plus do well in school). It’s a fight against childhood obesity. When fifth-graders accept the Walk On!Challenge, they are agreeing to track how many minutes they exercise, how many fruits and vegetables they eat, how much screen time they get and how many sweetened drinks they have every day in the month of February.
